Mrs. Nikki Chenevert's LSU Math DE class visit with the Professor: Mrs. Oswalt visited our Math Dual Enrollment class today. Students heard about the benefits of taking college math in high school. Statistics show that students who successfully complete college algebra and college trigonometry are successful in college. Our students have the privilege of a high school teacher reviewing skills in a smaller classroom setting. Professor Oswalt told our students that her smallest class has over 100 students in it. They come to class for 50 minutes one time a week. They are in math lab with over 300 students. Mrs. Nikki got a cool treat bag full of goodies.
