SMA Stadium Beautification: Phase 1
Stadium pressure washing begins this afternoon and will continue tomorrow at 8am. We will also clean the concessions room and other storage rooms at the stadium. If you would have any questions, please call the school or email us at sma.office@pcpsb.net


Our Administrators, Instructional Coaches, and District Level Staff have completed a three day evaluator training with the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching!
During this time together, they have gained deep knowledge and understanding of the NIET Teaching and Learning Standards! This group is ready to help support teachers and promote student ownership in the classroom this school year!

Is there a cautionary tale to be told in Middle School?
8th grade students in Mrs. Torres' class at STEM engaged in a Socratic Seminar to analyze and synthesize the meaning of multiple texts. Students answered the following question, Does Keyes draw on traditional stories to tell a hopeful story or a cautionary tale?
