Come out to support our Wildcat Football team tomorrow night at Livonia High as they take on the Port Allen Pelicans! As a reminder, all home football games are cashless. Please prepare to use debit or credit cards to enter the gate and purchase snacks in the concession stand. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment.
Reminder: Picture makeups and retakes will take place tomorrow. Students needing a retake should bring their original photos with them.
Boston 2026 Student Trip Meeting tonight at 6:00 PM via Zoom. This trip, scheduled for May 2026, is open to all current 7th and 8th graders. If you cannot attend the live session, a recording of the meeting will be made available.

All students should now have their ID card with a lanyard attached. Students who did not receive an ID during the first distribution were given theirs today. The first ID card is free, but replacement cards will cost $6. Students are strongly encouraged to wear their ID every day, as it not only supports campus safety but also provides free entry into most SMA athletic events! 🧡🦅💜
Yearbooks Have Arrived! 🦅 Students received their yearbooks today, and it was wonderful to see our Eagles signing and sharing memories together! Stay tuned...yearbooks for this school year will go on sale soon!
School pictures are in! Students received their pictures this morning during homeroom. Make-ups and re-takes will be held next Thursday (9/18). If you plan on taking a re-take, please bring the photos you received today with you.
Happy Patriots’ Day! Tomorrow, students may celebrate by wearing red, white, and blue with school-appropriate jeans or uniform bottoms — free of charge! ❤️🤍💙 Let’s show our school spirit and patriotism together! Please remember outfits must stay within the theme colors to participate.

Governor Jeff Landry has officially proclaimed September 9, 2025, as Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day in Louisiana. On this day, SMA will join the movement to raise awareness and show support for the brave children and families impacted by pediatric cancer.
Students may donate $1 to participate in our Dollar Dress Day and wear gold to symbolize hope, strength, and solidarity. Every ribbon, every shirt, and every dollar helps shine a light on the fight for a cure.

We would like to remind you of Pointe Coupee School District's (State mandated) electronic device policy. In order to foster a more focused and engaging educational environment, cellphones, smart watches, aipods, over the ear headphones, and in-ear headphones are not permitted at school during instructional hours.

Tomorrow kicks off our very first PBIS Free Dress Day of the school year! Students who did not receive a write-up during the month of August may participate in Free Dress each Friday in September! Please refer to our casual dress guidelines so you know what you can and cannot wear! 👚👖
