Applications will be accepted from January 5 through February 6 and are open to students currently in grades 2–11. Applicants must meet the school’s academic and behavioral admission requirements.
Families whose children currently attend a private school, homeschool program, or an out-of-district school must submit the following in order for the application to be reviewed:
• A current report card (at least two grading periods or the fall semester)
• A current disciplinary record
• Proper proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, or similar document showing parent/guardian name and address)
Documents may be uploaded in the application form, emailed to sma.office@pcpsb.net, or delivered in person to our campus.
