Act 677 requires that each local education agency (LEA) make information available about the transfer of personally identifiable student information. All data sharing agreements are kept on file at the school board office for public viewing.
The Pointe Coupee Parish School Board does not share student information for monetary gain.  Information is only shared to enhance the educational experience of our students through the use of tools, such online textbook supplements. Additionally, information may also be shared with vendors who provide programs necessary for the operation of our schools, such as a student information system or school lunch database. Please note that we require that all vendors adhere to the terms outlined in Act 837 for protecting, sharing, and destroying student information.

If you have any questions about the information listed below or if you would like to report an unauthorized transfer of your child's information, please contact Lacey Bueche, Director of Accountability and I.T., at (225)638-8674.
