Elementary art classes have been getting in gear for Halloween. They learned to make paper curls and used them to fill-in pumpkin shapes. Eventually, the students added eyes and mouths to transform them into jack-o-lanterns. Later, the elementary art classes made spooky ghosts.
High school Art I & II classes learned about historical aesthetic illuminations. They used various mediums, primarily paints, to create an illumination for the first letter of his or her name. They also enjoyed creating unique designs and faces on pumpkins in the spirit of Halloween.
